The outer layer is made of white virgin HDPE masterbatch, with the inner layer being made of virgin natural HDPE. The inner core is made of PCR HDPE which gives you contents of 30% PCR avoiding the plastic packaging tax. You get a bottle that looks like virgin plastic, with all the eco-friendly benefits of recycled material.
