This large 500ml PCR HDPE Plastic Bottle & Atomiser Spray is made from translucent HDPE, which is a strong, lightweight plastic that is suitable for storing many different chemicals. These bottles tick all of the right boxes when it comes to eco packaging. This plastic bottle is part of our PCR (post-consumer recycled) product range, which has been manufactured partly or fully using recycled materials. The 500ml Natural PCR Plastic HDPE Bottle is made up of 95% recycled plastic, meaning you get all of the benefits of HDPE while increasing your environmental awareness.
This bottle is suitable for a wide range of industrial products, including oils, lubricants, paints, glues and cleaning detergents. It’s equally as reliable for toiletries, animal supplies and chemicals. If your product requires a fine mist, even application then this bottle and cap combination is perfect. It’s ideal for tanning lotions and solutions, room fragrances, body and face spritzers and styling products.
These bottles are unique. They are part of our PCR range however they are actually created in 3 layers. The outer layer is made of white virgin HDPE masterbatch, with the inner layer being made of virgin natural HDPE. The inner core is made of PCR HDPE which gives you contents of 30% PCR avoiding the plastic packaging tax. You get a bottle that looks like virgin plastic, with all the eco-friendly benefits of recycled material.

Our atomiser sprays are simply screwed on to the bottle by hand and you’re good to go. All our atomiser spray heads come with a clear over-cap (prevents accidental usage) and standard length dip tube. This allows the spray head to be used with a range of sizes. The dip tube is easily cut to the desired length with scissors, although we do offer a trimming service (minimum order may apply). Choose from black or white plastic colour options to pair with your chosen branding and style.
PLEASE NOTE: This product is part of our PCR range. All our post-consumer recycled products are fully recyclable, and at least 10% of the materials used to make it have already been previously recycled. Wherever possible, the PCR material in these products is sourced from the UK, in order to further reduce the carbon footprint of these products.
